We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, as well as Solo and Maestro cards.
The goose online store works with Barclays bank to incorporate the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the Barclays secure payments server. Your browser will show a padlock to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.
Once you have confirmed your order, payment is taken from your account.
To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard Securecode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary.
Prices & Tax Charges
All prices are shown in sterling and include 20% VAT on adult’s clothing.
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Please remember that if you have an offer code to redeem you will need to type in the offer code on the basket page before you place your order.Once the order is placed we can not amend it.
Sharing Your Details to Third Parties
We do not provide your e mail address to any third parties unless you specifically request for us to do so, if you would like to stop receiving e mails sent by us please click on the unsubscribe link.
The information that we gather from you when you place an order on our website is used only to improve the service that we can offer you. We are committed to using the information in the following ways:
- To process your order as effectively as possible.
- To make your buying experience with us in the future as quick and simple as possible.
- To inform you of goose offers that we think may be of interest to you.
We comply to the 1998 UK Data Protection Act and keep your information safe using the latest technology.
Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation and a signature is required on receipt. We will only charge one lot of postage per order – however many parcels it involves.
UK Delivery Costs
UK standard delivery: £3.95
Allow between 3-6 working days for delivery.
Goose express delivery: £6.95
Allow between 1-2 working days for delivery.
Overseas Delivery Costs
European Union: £9.00*
All other destinations: £16.00*
*This is a minimum charge. Weight dependent – In some rare cases the postage will be reviewed. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
You should allow between 10 working days for delivery from placing the order.
Returns & Exchanges
If, for any reason, you would like to return your goose order, you can send it back to us in its original condition with a completed returns form within 90 days for a full refund or exchange.
A PDF returns form was attached to the email you received when your order was completed. If you need to download a replacement copy of this form this can be done from your orders page. Simply click the View button next to the order in question and then click the Download Return Form button on the order detail page.
You may return any of your items for any reason within 7 days of receipt of order for a full refund or exchange.
How do I return my order?
- Send your item(s) in their original condition along with a completed returns form within 90 days.
- Please make sure that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.
- We do not cover the cost of returns.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Once you have confirmed your order we are unable to amend it.
If you wish to cancel your order please call 0161 338 3986 (If your order has been processed in our warehouse or been dispatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back).
