Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.
Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.
Sage Pay uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.
Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL.
So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.

Prices & Tax Charges
All prices are shown in sterling and include 20% VAT on adult’s clothing.
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Please remember that if you have an offer code to redeem you will need to type in the offer code on the basket page before you place your order.Once the order is placed we can not amend it.

The information that we gather from you when you place an order on our website is used only to improve the service that we can offer you. We are committed to using the information in the following ways:

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation and a signature may be required on receipt (depending on your chosen shipping method). We will only charge one lot of postage per order – however many parcels it involves. Allow between 3-6 working days for delivery.

For overseas deliveries please refer to your domestic postal provider for estimates on how long your delivery may take to arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
If, for any reason, you would like to return your goose order, you can send it back to us in its original condition with a completed returns form within 28 days for a full refund (excluding postage) or exchange.
A PDF returns form was attached to the email you received when your order was completed (subject: “Your Goose Collection order has now been shipped”).
If you have registered for a Goose Collection account and need to download a replacement copy of your return form, this can be done from your orders page. Simply click the View button next to the order in question and then click the Download Return Form button on the order detail page. Please note, if you chose to check out as a Guest then this feature is unavailable.
You may return any of your items for any reason within 14 days of receipt of order for a full refund or exchange.
How do I return my order?
- Send your item(s) in their original condition along with a completed returns form within 28 days.
- Please make sure that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.
- We do not cover the cost of returns.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Once you have confirmed your order we are unable to amend it.
If you wish to cancel your order please call 0161 338 3986 (If your order has been processed in our warehouse or been dispatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back).
